SVN在apache里添加的那几行！

现在做好 了apache，svn也成功编译安装好了，但是要在http.conf里面添加几行东西，不知道什么意思，所以还请高手们指教一下，我的

svn的目录在/var/svnrepo/

用户和密码文件在/var/svnrepo/conf/passwd

认证文件在 /var/svnrepo/conf/authz

配置文件在/var/svnrepo/conf/svnserve.conf

我在http.conf里面是这样添加的
<location /svn/>
DAV svn
SVNParentPath /var/svnrepo/
AuthzSvnAccessFile /var/svnrepo/authz.conf    //权限配置文件   {？我不知道这个文件是配置对svn目录权限的？例如：配置对svn /目录的权限？}
AuthType Basic
AuthName "Subversion.svn"
AuthUserFile /var/svnrepo/passwd      //用户配置文件   {这个文件经过htpasswd加密，还能被系统识别么？}
Require Valid-user
</Location>
我以前没有配置过这，这是我从网上搜到的，我改了一下，但是感觉不对，所以请教一下。


还有我的htpasswd这个命令真的打不出来啊
我输入：  htpasswd -c /var/svnrepo/conf/authz.conf
就提示我：-bash: htpasswd: command not found
You have new mail in /var/spool/mail/root
我不知道为撒！

htpasswd 的问题暂时解决了，原因是我执行的路径错了，本来应该是 /usr/local/apache2/bin/htpasswd

但是现在的问题好像成了权限问题了，http的时候报403的错误！

我郁闷的很，现在又重新做了几遍但是报错又变了，这次的报错信息城这了
