最近一直很郁闷的FTP和SSH

小弟虚拟机装的是 RH AS 5，最近练习配置一些服务的时候，总是出这样和那样的问题，google又找不打到答案，真是郁闷，烦请各位大大解决一下。


FTP服务：linux本机能访问，
但是在xp下提示：

C:\Users\Administrator>ftp 10.1.4.16
连接到 10.1.4.16。

用户(10.1.4.16none)): oracle

防火墙已经关闭，SSH服务也是一样也是只能linux本机访问，在XP下用securecrt 也不能访问，烦请了解的人支个招谢谢~~~~
