不能从apache上下载文件

aredfox

服务器每天会生成一个zip文件，维护人员每天都要从apache上把这个zip文件下载下来。但经常是用一段时间之后就无法下载了。
在服务器上可以看到文件是存在的。用IE直接下载也显示正在下载，一共30多k的文件，在局域网中，抓包看也有连接但就是没数据收发。

你那个ZIP文件在那个目录？

日志上都显示返回200，确定zip是找到的。zip的路径是/var/www/html/zip/aa.zip，默认根目录是/var/www/html/

下载过程也是有的，只是像断流一样，没数据，只有消息。

看日志，看权限，换下载工具。重命名文件或copy一个新的文件扔过去 排除测试

文件是按日期生成的，一直都可以正常下载，而且在出此问题之后，仍然有个文件可以下载只是局域网内才200字节左右，等了很久但算是下载完了。此文件的大小，权限和别的都是一样的。
下载工具，用火狐，ie，opera自带的下载都试过了，迅雷也试过了。
