匿名用户ftp可以下载无法上传，权限已给

vsftp   如果想匿名上传，必须在
/var/ftp    下面在建立一个目录，专门用于上传文件 ，不能直接把文件放到 /var/ftp 这个目录中 。并且 默认情况下/var/ftp 这个目录的权限是 755 ，不需要任何修改的。

selinux开启也可以上传下载，只要把相应的bool值改掉就可以了
