删除.dbs文件以后，oracle无法启动

我将oracle的数据文件，一个.dbs文件直接在命令行下删除，结果oracle不能启动了，请高手指导。

我把错误信息贴出来，一个是orastat的，一个dbstart的。


orastat的信息

大哥，你都把数据库文件给删了，还想让它正常启动？

要么在数据库open之前重建被删的文件，要么就重新建库
