硬盘故障导致无法连接 ata2.00: exception Emask 0x0

各位大牛们请帮帮忙。
系统是Gentoo， 前些天没问题，今天发现dmesg里开始报如下错误，同时报错后10分钟内导致进程死掉，系统无法远程连接。怀疑是硬盘的问题，但不确定。
网上找了不少相关资料，但比较少，而且没有找到解决办法。
