关机或重启后，无法启动系统

安装的是Ubuntu8.04与Server 2008双系统。开机后在出现选择操作系统菜单后，任何选项都会出现“Press any key to continue" 用Ubuntu安装盘启动，然后操作步骤如下：
sudo grub
root (hd1,0)
setup (hd1)
reboot
可以正常进入任何一个系统，再重启后又会出现无法启动问题，请问这是硬盘故障还是Grub无法保存的原因？

按任意键之后是什么现象，不光盘启动的话

按任意键后，又回到操作系统选择菜单上，无论选哪一个都是同样的问题。所以才怀疑是硬盘的问题。可惜我的Server 2008刚刚电话激活，又不想重装系统。郁闷
