-        3+ years development or software test experience with C/C++ and embedded real time C.
-        Be able to setup system, sub-system and functional level test plan based on the system / sub-system or functional requirement documents
-        Be able to develop test platform with test program on Windows OS and Linux based embedded system, be able develop test cases with self-checking capability to automate the test suites;
-        Understanding of Embedded OS kernel working mechanism, Experience in uCLinux or Linux is mandatory;
-        Knowledge about ARM, Blackfin, or ColdFire embedded system is preferred.
-        An aggressive self-starter, capable of learning with motivation and leadership abilities.
-        Experience with product specifications, system analysis, microprocessor-based systems and firmware design, or firmware / software testing
-        Understand quality assurance process for software / firmware development
-        Good written and oral communications skills both in Chinese and English
-        Prefer: familiar with Shell, multy-thread programming in Linux/Unix system.
