a university 非元音开头
定冠词: 以元音发音开头的单词前面读.
定冠词the用法：
1 特指名词时.
There is an apple on the desk. The apple is mine.
2 在专有特指名词前.

the Summer Palace 颐和园
the Forbidden City 紫禁城
the Sun
3 国家的签名不用冠词，特例国家除外.
