We are a team working on producing and maintaining highly optimizing compiler for various embedded processors including PowerPC, ARM, Pentium, and MIPS. We need an engineer like you to work on a world-class highly optimizing compiler that produces fast, tight code to help customers develop sophisticated embedded applications. You will have the opportunity to work on various areas of compiler, as frontend, optimizations, code generation and etc.

The qualified candidates will be granted with competing salary, and have the opportunity to work with most excellent engineers in the compiler community.

[Qualifications]

1) B.S/M.S/Ph.D of the computer science, electronics or other related majors
2) 3+ years experience on industry development based on C/C++
3) Good English read/writting skills
4) Self-motivated/self-regulated, with good teamwork and team communication skills
5) Good understanding on major principles of computer architecture, familar with one of following embedded architecture is a plus ( ARM, PowerPC, x86, MIPS)
6) Good understanding on major principles of compiler construction, familar with internal of one research or industry compiler infrastructure (GCC, ORC/Open64,SUIF and etc), is a plus.
7) Real industry experience on compiler component development (frontend/optimizations/backend) is a plus

我不是风河的，是替我一个朋友发的。据我所知，符合条件至少在10K/m。当然，根据每个人的能力不同，上涨的空间就不得而知了。

不封顶，据我所知，有些普通的engineer的base salary很高的，远不止这个数字。

当然，视个人的能力、资历、背景和谈判的技巧而定。
