菜鸟请教利用tomcat做集群的问题

我现在用tomcat做集群，用的是LINUX AS5的操作系统，具体的配置如下：

但实际我编了一个Test放在webapp下，多播也打开了，启动tomcat的时候总是提示Manager [/Test]: skipping state transfer. No members active in cluster group.
今天再验证发现Linux之间居然不能互ping,没有防火墙。而且linux能Ping通我的客户端——windows操作系统
请教有什么方法解决？？？
