redhat 下安装完oracle ９．２后，无法sqlplus 登陆，请大家看看

操作系统：redhat AS4.0

新装了oralce，建了个portaldb库，sqlplus 连不上本机该库，也连不上远程开发测试库

１．远程数据库，在其它机器可以登陆,在本机也可tnsping
/oracle/product/9.2/network/admin>tnsping crmdev
