amsn安装好了怎么不能运行？

高手帮忙看看这是怎么回事？
安装了 TCL／TK后，安装amsn,终端显示如下：

参考网上的解决方案，amsn就算安装完成。可是我却不知道amsn怎么运行。
用whereis amsn  没有找到结果？
问题出在哪儿，清高手指点。
