vncserver启动出错

centos 5,vnc的版本是vnc-E 4.2.9  ,编译好了,输入vncserver准备启动.可是出现错误:不知道怎么办??????
(我在redhat as4上面用同样的方法安装使用没有问题)

我在RED HAT AS4 看过,存在/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb完整路径. AS5却没有.
我把rgb.txt拷贝到as 5上面,运行不行.出现同样的出错.这是为什么?????
