系统时间变慢, 如何解决

大家好
我在VM上装了个ubuntu server, 现在有一个问题难以解决
系统时间自己会变慢, 同步后也会慢慢变慢,而且很快就显现出来, 注: UTC已关闭
另,同一个server上还有其它一个VM, windows2003, 它的系统时间是正缺的
谁能给个意见啊

我的情况可能用ntp server也不行
每小时要慢10几分钟, 对应用影响很大( 实时监控)
vmware tools在安装时在config这卡住了, 不能继续

The directory of kernel headers (version @@VMWARE@@ UTS_RELEASE) does not match
your running kernel (version 2.6.20-15-server).  Even if the module were to
compile successfully, it would not load into the running kernel.

每次啟動的時候, 用ntpdate自動同步一下.

安装个ntp server, 让ntp为你自动同步时钟
我记得好像vmware tools也有时钟同步的功能

我有写cron, 每三小时同步一次
我的系统每小时要慢10几分钟, 对应用影响很大
系统是ubuntu server 7.04
内核 2.6.20-15-server

我用exs也是这样，很郁闷，慢的相当离谱，我在几内网建了个ntp server，每小时同步一次，再不行就半小时同步一次
