困惑： lsnrctl status 正常， tnsping 确失败（TNS-12541） 如何解决，请赐教！！！

各位好：
我昨天重新启动了一下linux 服务器后发现，oracle没有启动，于是想手动启动，
于是我做了，lsnrctl  start  但仍然没有办法，启动oracle , 用tnsping  localhost  看了一下， 应该是对的吧，但startup 就是不行，请各位赐教！
