winVNC 无法Linux VNCServer ??

我在xp下用vm安装fc5.在xp下又安装vnc的Server和Client.我在fc5下用vnc可以管理xp但在xp下却不能连接.总有失败提示框" VNC Viewer : Error
                                    unable to connect to host : Connection timed out (10060) "  但是我的 SecureCRT却是可以的.在xp下我开启Tomcat 在fc里也可以看到啊!!!
  请问该怎么解决?? 谢谢了!!!
我的xstartup文件是这么写的.
