还有，没猜错的话，没授权的AS应该是不能更新的吧？请用过AS的前辈告诉我。
如果是这样
为什么不用和AS用一个源码编译出来的CentOS呢？

虽然我不用RH系列
我台机是Debian Etch
本本是ubuntu feisty

还有，因为我初学才半年，所以如果说错，请你们包涵，而不要用谩骂来招呼新手，谢谢。

It is free to use, but if you want to be supported, you can pay for redhat for subscription.

You also can choose ohter supporters like IBM, they will compile the updates for you. Or

you can pay for me,just  joking.

u can compile the updates yourself, the source code is available at ftp.redhat.com

you can just download and compile and install it. Easy job, but little guy do that.

Free (Source Codes): Free to use, Free to modify, Free to redistribute

Also you can freely use BINARY, plz read licences provided by Redhat Inc.

If you pay for redhat or other supporters, you can recieve updates.

Without paid, you can download source code(updates src), and compile it by yourself.

划不划算个人喜好，现在Centos 5还在测试，你说想要是尝鲜的干嘛不先用RH5？而且YUM源到时候可以改成Centos的，本来就差不多的东西。

而且没必要在这地方说偷偷摸摸的用什么东西，弄清楚了在说，要管的话偷偷摸摸用Windows有都是，这是Linux社区，所有都是Free的，这里只存在“别人说他没付费Redhat就给他提供技术服务了”，这时候你就管好了，但你这管都是多余的。。。

CentOS only provides the Base Systems, for individual users, it's ok.
But for commerical users, they want more.
Cluster Suite, ISV Venders, More architectures, More ...
