how can I change my current server?

你如果使用的是手动fence，拔掉网线之后，服务切换的话，需要使用命令：
fence_ack_manual -n 机器名

1   关于切断网线，192.168.1.250不能启动服务的原因，我想是这样的，因为你切断了网线，所以interface  192.168.1.250 的网络接口关闭，大家应该遇到过在xp的系统中路由断电的现象。至于为何/etc/init.d/network restart执行失败，还没想清楚。
2   关于楼上所说的哪个命令我已经运行了，提示如下：

3  没有采用共享存储设备。只是做个测试环境。每个节点的httpd服务访问各自的web页面。
