如何cp 时,排除指定的文件夹

我运行后无任何反应
[root@localhost ~]# ls
anaconda-ks.cfg  Desktop      install.log.syslog  openssh-4.2p1         passwd
cp.sh            install.log  mbox                openssh-4.2p1.tar.gz  t.log
[root@localhost ~]#

[root@localhost ~]# vi cp.sh
#!/bin/sh
for filename in `ls`;
do   if [ $filename=="install.log" -o $filename=="t.log" -o $filename=="passwd" ];
    then
       :
    else
       cp $filename /test
    fi
done

[root@localhost ~]# sh cp.sh
[root@localhost ~]# ls /test
[root@localhost ~]#
