你先执行 pkg-config 看看回应如何，若是没有找到的话表示系统没安装必要的软件包提供该程式。

rh9 的版本，通常应该是装 pkgconfig 该 rpm package 就可以了，请自己 rh9 cd disc 内找一下用 rpm -ihv 安装上。

不过若是你系统本来就已经有安装软件的话，那表示你系统的 pkgconfig 版本太旧了.. 所以系统所需要的环境版本可能无法符合要求。
