求救：这样的程序怎么装？

我需要用有限元划网格的程序（ANSYS_ICEM)，下载后，ＦＴＰ传到了ｌｉｎｕｘ服务器上，

怎么安装不上呢，我把ICEM10.0/bin/linux_x86_64/gtar、cp、gzip　都chmod +x  了也不行
