求助snmpd.conf的配置

大家好,我在windows下配置(cacti+rrdtool+apache+mysql+php+net-snmp)来监控服务器中的主机运行状况,我在"command"环境下输入"snmpd",
便出现如下error code:

snmpd.conf究竟怎么配置?

而且snmp 161和162端口都没有开启,但进程中有这两个snmpd,snmptrapd在运行.
