服务器报警，提示错误如下：
Lease timed out

end_request:I/O error,dev 16:01 (hdc),sector 120405992
serverworks OSB4 in impossible state
disable UDMA or if you are using Seagate then try switching disk types on this controller:
please report this event to OSB4_bug@ide.cabal.tm OSB4:continuing might cause disk corruption.

然后服务器死机，重启后也不能启动。
服务器是dell 1600sc，linux 8.0。
请大侠们帮我判定一下硬盘究竟怎么了？
有没有什么好的处理办法？
