Apache+SSL网页出现Bad Request

请问大家一下,我装好了Apache+SSL ,
在网页上http://201.25.23.21:8080
会出现Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.

Hint: https://201.25.23.21:8080/

Apache/1.3.27 Server at 201.25.23.21 Port 8080

然后我点那个Hint后 才会出现我要的安全认证画面,
请问这样是正常的吗?
我想要将我的http://201.25.23.21:8080网页直接有安全认证,应该如何做?  
另外我的httpd.conf
Port  8080
<IfDefine SSL>;
Listen 8080
Listen 8443
</IfDefine>;

这样对吗?
