proftpd的配置问题

proftpd已经配置安装完毕，proftpd.conf也已配置，现在ftp可以使用，但无法将用户限定在自己的home目录下，请问如何处理？下面是我的proftpd.conf文件：

你那样是不行的，给你的最后加上上边的文字，根据你自己的情况修改一下。想把FTP用户限定在哪个目录，在<Anonymous /mnt/backup/download/>;设定。

谢谢siyeclover 的回复，但好像你给的代码不是我想要的东东，目前问题已经解决，原因也是莫名其妙：再重启系统若干次后，kill proftpd进程再proftpd start若干次后，终于有一次重启后，成功限制用户的目录权限。但现在仍有问题存在，在proftpd.conf添加 RootLogin on 后，仍然不能由root用户ftp登录,不知何故？
