Server Management - Windows System Engineer:

The major responsibilities:

- Technical Services position encompasses Service Delivery, Delivery Operations and includes:
技术服务岗位提供服务的技术支持，运行，包括：
- Administer central and/or distributed computer systems.
管理集中式和分布式的计算机系统
- Assist in problems identification related to product / service installation update configuration operations performance or other aspects of information technology products & services.
协助判定在产品或服务安装，更新，配置，运行性能方面的问题，或其他IT产品和服务的问题
- Suggests and/or implements solutions to resolve problems & ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
提供建议或实施方案来解决问题，以及保证高度的客户满意度
- Interfaces with 3rd party support vendors for problem resolution.

- Assist in implementation & maintenance of the business recovery plan & procedures for minor systems.

- Supports the coordination of the processing environments

Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year experience in Windows Server 2003/2008
• English: Intermediate
• Japanese: Fluent

1. Familiar with Windows Server 2003

3. Written / verbal communication in Japanese
