Job description
• Oversee the projects within the defined program scope
• Perform weekly review of project status
• Resolve issues as per PM's request
• Act as a focal point for projects within program among the customer and account team
• Attend and participate in regular key program review meetings with DPEs and customers
• Work with PM Line Manager to manage staff leave/education schedules to ensure adequate backup
• Ensure special situation is conducted when occasion arises
• Monitor all projects for adherence to AP IGA PMC templates, forms and processes, eg RPM, SDDF802
• Act as a first contact point for project-related performance issues
• Continually identify ways to improve project delivery and services
• Determine the appropriate project assignment
• Chair NW Program meeting in a fortnightly basis
• Attend the weekly resource meeting to understand IGA and AT&T resourcing constraints
• Cover projects funded by the AP NW tower including One Network projects, & Business Unit projects with NW components
• Act as a focal point to redefine/implement workable IBM processes for projects when AT&T staff lose their IBM access
• Provide input to DPE for projects on Portfolio reporting
• Authorize/Kick-off new projects as Program manager (funding, SRT, Project registration, work request, PM resource)
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• English: Fluent

- Graduated from a reputable institution
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology; Engineering or Science is preferred
- PMI Certified
- 6+ years of working experience
- Knowledge in project management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated project management skills in a complex environment
- Excellent inter personal skills
