yum安装与python的问题

系统：Linux HPCserver 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:15 EDT 2008 x86_64 x86_6
4 x86_64 GNU/Linux

运行yum的时候:
There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

   /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_sqlitecache.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS
32

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.4.3 (#1, Jan 14 2008, 18:31:21)
[GCC 4.1.2 20070626 (Red Hat 4.1.2-14)]

于是把已有的python卸载，重新装了python。
结果:
[root@HPCserver yumm]# rpm -ivh yum*

上面显示没有python
[root@HPCserver yumm]# which python
/usr/bin/python
[root@HPCserver yumm]# python -V
Python 2.4.3
上面显示python已经装了


现在怎么办？
