Fluent English communication
Minimal bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years

Responsibility

Qualifications
•5+ years of hands-on experience in C\C++ on Unix/Linux or Windows platform, both are preferred.
•Experience with one or more programming skills in shell/Perl/PHP/Java.
•Solid understanding of multi-threading and synchronization, data structure, algorithm, networking, STL(Standard Template Library).
•Strong problem solving ability and willing to take challenges.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
•Good team player.
•Storage/Database/Backup software development experience is a plus.
•Software performance tuning experience is a plus.
•7+ years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with Master’s Degree.
