Job Responsibilities:
1.As members of a team, they perform technical roles in support of a customer’s total Middleware environment.
2.On occasion they may assist in the identification of new IT services opportunities. This can involve participating in the development, packaging and distribution of solutions.
3.the Middleware Specialists focuses on the delivery of Middleware support for problems, requests for service and administration of the Enablement environment on customer sites. It includes ensuring that the services provided to individual customers meet the terms and conditions of contracts; achievement of SLA objectives; achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction; and also ensuring that project tasks assigned meet time and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements:
1.familiar with middlware such as websphere/weblogic/MQ/MB/Jboss/Tomcat,etc.;
2.2 plus years experience in using middle ware;
3.good oral english communication skill is necessary;
4.technical support experience in middleware will be a strong plus
