公司叫迈能,做半导体的,主要是音视频编解码器的. 有兴趣的可以跟我联系,消息邮件都行.

薪资这方面,公司没有给标准,但只要是有能力,就给的起!!大家也不必纠结于此. 我想大部份公司都是按每个人的能力给钱的,而且这个我确实不知道.

下面是职位信息,大家有兴趣的可以看看.(英语差不多就行了,也别一句听不懂)

Software Engineer (有基本的AV知识,了解TS)
        EE or CS.  
        +3 years on on embedded system software engineering and C/C++ development.
        +2 years experience with Audio/Video streaming framework.
        Proficient at object oriented development.
        Proficient at real-time MPEG2/H.264 decode and encode flow.
        Experience with transport mux, demux filters.
        Know about the embedded CPU architecture like MIPS.
        Experience with Clearcase and Mercurial.
        Flexibility to work on several tasks in a short time frame.
        Fluent English. Good communication skills


Senior AV System Software Engineer
        BSEE/CE/CS + 10 yrs. related exp. in hardware and/or software engineering
        Fully proficient in C development
        Leading experience in embedded systems development
        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
        Excellent communication skills, both within the team, and across the organization
        Experience with project management, co work with customer.
        Experience with Audio/Video system
        Quick learner.
        RTOS: VxWorks, Linux
        Excellent understanding of linux internals
Considered a plus:Experience with MIPS and SPARC arch

• Experience with Mercurial version control     and familiarity with its internal
• Excellent     understanding of software system security and content protection is a big     plus
• Experience with chip     bring-up, including expertise with hardware debug such as oscilloscope,     logic analyzer
• Leading 3-4 SW engineers is big plus.

SystemSoftware Engineer (Linux 驱动开发经验)

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BSEE/CE/CS + 8 yrs.     related exp. in hardware and/or software engineering
• Fully proficient in C     development
• Experience with chip     bring-up, including expertise with hardware debug such as oscilloscope,     logic analyzer
• Leading experience in embedded     systems development
• Excellent analytical and     problem solving skills
• RTOS: VxWorks, Linux
• Excellent understanding of     linux internals
• Excellent communication     skills, both within the team, and across the organization

Considered a plus:
