求救，帮忙看看这个apache认证问题

环境：windows2000中

我建立的.htaccess 如下：
authname　"shared　files"　
authtype　basic　
authuserfile　c:\apache\Apache2\.htpasswd　
require　valid-user　

运行的时候，出现如下问题：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@root.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

但是如果按照如下输入就可以浏览：
http://user:password@ip
怎么回事 啊
