HP9000 技术支持工程师

职位描述：
1. 负责公司客户的HP9000小型机设备日常检查及故障处理，根据需要做好客户培训工作；
2. 参与公司客户技术方案及应标书的制定，根据客户要求做好技术交流及应标书的讲解、答疑；
3. 参与公司知识库的积累，为客户提供主机、系统软件及数据库等方面的技术咨询，解决客户的疑难问题。


职位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，计算机或相关专业，至少两年相关系统维护工作经验；
2、熟练掌握HP9000服务器操作系统的安装、配置、排错与维护；
3、熟练掌握HP-UX的安装、配置，具有SCE认证证书；
4、熟悉ORACLE数据库；
5、熟悉HP、EMC存储设备的安装、维护、调试；
6、优秀的职业道德，良好的团队意识，有较强的学习能力与沟通能力；
7、有丰富的主机与操作系统管理，存储管理与规划，安全管理与规划经验；
8、有一定的项目实施管理经验，能独立承担一定的职责。

一. Job Title: BCS&SWD Customer Engineer

Responsibilities:

        Re-active HP BCS&SWD product on site technical service delivery
        HP BCS and SWD product Repair/Installation/Maintenance
        Solve the customer application system defect in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction and delivery effort
         Maintain relationship with the customer，Contacts the remote teams if necessary and keeps contact with the account team if applicable

Qualification and Skills:
1.        Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent；
2.        At least one year work experience;
3.        Good communication skills;
4.         CET4 certification, good English skills both in oral and writing.
5.        On-site working and network/database working experience is plus
6.        Familiar with Linux, UNIX system Computer H/W and network equipment is preferred
