Input/output error

各位高手，我用linux7.2，使用telnet、rlogin、ftp。。。等命令的时候，提示输入输出错误，是怎么回事：
[root@r8f2 bin]# rlogin r8f2
bash: /usr/kerberos/bin/rlogin: Input/output error

[root@r8f2 bin]# telnet 192.168.1.19
bash: /usr/kerberos/bin/telnet: Input/output error

[root@r8f2 dat]# cat heng.log
cat: heng.log: Input/output error

[root@r8f2 dat]# chown zc:zc heng.log
bash: /bin/chown: Input/output error

。。。。。。。。。。

而且使用vi编辑器的时候不能存盘，提示如下：
"1" Can't open file for writing
Press RETURN or enter command to continue

用mount检查硬盘可写吗？
