给sina.com发信的问题

我使用的是qmail作为我们的邮件服务器，在helohost文件中有下面的信息mail.ddd.com ，mail.ddd.com为mail服务器的主机名，也是dns解析时的名称，我们公司前端有一个防火墙，给sian发信老是出现上面的信息，不知道是什么原因？？

从别的电子邮件系统给你的username@ddd.com发信，试一试可以收到吗？
你的域名解析是在内网做的还是在公网上做的。
