oracle 8.1.7 OPS 下 ora-29702 错误是什么意思?

os: aix 4.3.3
ha:hacmp es/crm 4.4.1
db:Oracle 8.1.7.0 OPS

两台机器都安装完毕，设置完毕（用的DBASSIST），hacmp启动完毕。其中一台机器启动正常，另外一台启动时报 29702错误，用 OERR ORA 29702查出来的信息让我看 LMON_...TRC,但是看不懂原因，请指点一二。
