Bcp in 出错

将数据Bcp为文本后,在另一服务器建立一个与原表相同的新表(直接拷贝DDL脚本出来再执行),但是向新表执行Bcp in 时屏幕输出如下

不知道是什么原因,是否与原表的空值有关?另外我已经用这种方式导入6张表,但是还有4张表一直育上面的问题,
实在是没道理啊,表结构一模一样,出得来就应该进得去才对呀

对应其中列出的2个原因
1，我的原始表的结构里面没有text,image字段，  
2，说到"client/server字符集不一致，可能某些字符（特别是有中文的）不能导入。  "
这个应该也不成立,导进去成功的表里就有中文内容的


楼上说的我去找找看(关键是表太大,比较起来比较麻烦)
