unix上装apache和ssl的问题

我装了apache和ssl
用了软件，mod-ssl,openssl rsaref apache,mode_perl,
但装好之后用https却打不开本地的测试叶面
请问

应该看到

but i can not get https://*.*.*.*/index.html,the * is the server's ip address.
