Job Description
1.Responsible for supporting GE Healthcare's Microsoft Exchange E-mail environment
2.Monitor MS Exchange related servers and components to maintain reliable E-mail services.
3.Provide advanced support for our helpdesks in troubleshooting Outlook client issues.
4.Provide and maintain documentation used to support the E-mail environment
5.Support Microsoft Exchange 2000 user environment through use of Corporate managed web interface.
6.Support Microsoft Exchange 5.5 user environment through use of Exchange 5.5 Administrator interface.
7.Support end user email requests and support issues that are received in the Administrator's inbox.
8.Support account creation as it pertains to mainframe, email, and other miscellaneous systems.
Job Requirement
1.Five years experience working in a MS Windows environment, installing and configuring Windows servers
2.Four years experience installing and supporting MS Exchange environment
3.Networking knowledge.
4.Effective verbal and communication skills
5.Ability to work independently yet maintain effectiveness as a team player.
6.Ability to troubleshoot MS Exchange Server and Outlook client issues
7.Working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5 & Exchange 2000.
