我的SYB_BACKUP服务经常会偷停,听说要修改内核参数,大家帮看看 !

我的SYBASE服务器是安装在SCO UNIX 506 上的11.03版本,没有打任何补丁!

投入使用后,用showserver命令查看,发现备分服务SYB_BACKUP经常偷停.,把它从新起起来以后,不久又停掉了。

下面我贴出一些LOG文件,麻烦大家帮看看是什么原因 !

这些都是正常的日志信息啊。

看日志是没有什么问题，但是11.03的版本确实太老了，补丁都很少见了

可是，到现在它还是经常会停。

我要每天注意查看，否则就会影响数据库的自动备分。

大家帮想想，还会是有什么问题能影响到它，使得它会停掉呢 ？？

备份前先启动备份服务器，备份成功后再关掉备份服务器，这样不更好吗。

你试试用下边的命令启动备份服务器。
$nohup RUN_hostname_backup &

问题出在'file descriptions‘不够，先调整os的核心。把这个值最少到11000！
