openwebmail认证系统内部错误!!!

我在Red Hat Linux8.0下安装完Openwebmail后出现以下错误。请大侠们指教。。。我的问题出在哪儿呀？？？应该怎么解决呀？？？我在Red Hat Linux9.0下面都没出现这种问题哪！！！求大侠们不指教！！！

还有我用浏览器打开：http://127.0.0.1 出现了Openwebmail的登录界面，输入了用户名跟密码后，弹出一个错误提示：“认证系统内部错误，请回到登录页面 再试一次。”  我又回到登录界面从新输入也是一样。  唉！！！我快疯了哪！！！求大侠们帮忙解决哪！！！在线等待！！！

我也是，我确定了认证没问题后出现这样的提示
无法打开 /usr/local/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/etc/sessions/chen*-session-0.269866574163647! (Permission denied)

check你的/etc/shadow 和 /etc/passwd两个文件。试着用pwconv命令解除帐号关闭。

现在可以登录了。。。收发正都正常！！！
但是，修改密码就会出现：“认证系统内部错误，修改不成功。请返回个人模板设定中。”
为什么呢？？？请大侠们指教！！！
