Responsibility
Provide application level support as part of the Key Chain Platform Team under Supply Chain IT. The primary responsibility is to provide application support for the Inventory Collaboration segment, Collaborative Application Framework (CAF) application, which is developed and provided by Sockeye Solutions. In addition, as a secondary responsibility, provide application support for the Purchase Collaboration segment, which was developed and provided by i2.
RequirementGenera
Skills: (Required) ·
l Fluent in both Chinese and English·
l At least 4 to 6 years of experience in the IT/Software/Consulting field
l (Desired) Overseas work experience
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:·
l Must be Proficient in English, able to communicate with English speaking customers and colleagues with ease. ·
l Must have hands on SAP BW (Business Warehouse) experience. ·
l 4 to 6 years of Software Development/IT consulting Experience.·
l Fundamentally sound in OOAD, Java/C++, J2ee/.NET, database, UNIX
Technical Skill set requirement (Coding/Testing)·
l HP-UX 11i, 11.0 System Administration·
l Unix shell programming·
l Practical understanding of J2EE Architecture·
l Java (JDK 1.4)·
l BEA Weblogic Server (8.1) Administration·
l Oracle RDBMS (9i)·
l Project Management·
l CVS configuration management
Additional desired skills include:·
l WebMethods (4.0 and 4.6) system admin experience·
l WebMethods 4.6 Trading Networks experience·
l HP Service Bus experience ·
l High availability (HP-UX, BEA WLS clustering, MC ServiceGuard, Foundry Iron Load Balancers)·
l Sockeye Solutions CAF 3.1 system admin experience·
l I2 SCC 6.0 system admin experience·

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the above technologies will be required to support both inventory and purchase order collaboration applications in multiple environments. For production, the KeyChain Platform team serves as 4th tier of support; however, for testing the KeyChain Platform team serves as 1st tier of support. Interactions with the various software vendors, testing, production support, functional groups and messaging groups will be required.
