Oversee multiple CRM solution implementation projects in various sizes. Provide business application consulting. System Integration experience. Exposure and experience in Call Centre and Data warehousing solutions. MS in CS preferred. 3+ yrs performing project management role. 7+ yrs working experience in the IT industry. Flexible in domestic and international traveling.


SIEBEL Solution Architect

2+ yrs Siebel implementation experience. Good understanding of CRM and various Siebel components. System Integration experience. Good English verbal/written communication skills. 4+ yrs working experience in the IT industry. Flexible in domestic and international traveling. MS in CS preferred.



SIEBEL Senior Solution Developer:
1+ yrs Siebel implementation experience. Good understanding of CRM and various Siebel components. Good English verbal/written communication skills. 3+ yrs working experience in the IT industry. Flexible in domestic and international traveling. BS in CS preferred.

JOB DISCRIPTION:
Provide regional implementation and project management support for projects
Coordinate with client on requirement gathering.
Provide pre-sales/post-sales support for GXS products and solutions.
Support mission critical application/infrastructure.

Requirement
General Skills:
1. University Degree in related discipline
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English
3. Problem Solving, Negotiation, Business Acumen, Customer Interaction, Customer-focused, Self-motivated, Presentation, Communication skills
4. More experienced for the PM post and ideally
5. He should have solid technical/project management experience
which can work with client for presales/requirement gathering/etc.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum 5 years experience in the following areas:
l Solid knowledge on EDI standardl Experience in managing large scale project
Experience on the following area will be definite advantages:
l Experience in the use of EDI mapping tools
l Java and J2EE, Oracle database application development
l Knowledge on XML or Rosettanet standard
l SAP/Oracle ERP etc
