看采购量吧，如果一年要采购超过5000万的设备，offer一个20万的人去做是很正常的事，如果一年只要采购200万的设备当然就不会花这样的钱。

Never work for salary, you do this job because you like it. You will devote your life to it, your hard working will be paid off some day.

My salary was less than 1000RMB in 1995 when I just graduated from university; when I changed my job in 1996, my second employer offered 3000RMB and I accepted it; but it was changed to 4800RMB in the first month I on board (because the salary I accepted 3000 was way less than market level and HR adjusted it for me); the next time I changed my job,  my salary then became 160,000RMB/year in 1998. To be honest, I never really negotiated my salary (the number was offered by my employer). I admit that I was lucky, I also believe it is the return of my hard working.

I am not showing off here. Just try to make a point. Try to do the best job in your current position, never complain, when time comes (plus a little bit luck), your hard working will be paid off.

楼上说的有一定道理.
另外关于攀比方面, 建议大家多与自己的过去进行纵向地比较, 而把与同事之间甚至行情之间的横向比较任务交给公司的HR即可. 所以即使想委婉地表达待遇方面的期望, 也不妨坦诚的说明自己原来的收入水平即可(应届毕业生只好随行就市啦).

反过来说一句, 许多XDJM的工作目的还在于独立谋生呢, 如何做到为了喜欢而工作? 目标近乎奢侈了吧.
