紧急：在RedHat Linux AS3上装oracle9i（已参考一些安装文档）

在设置了oracle用户的环境变量，安装了java1.4.2，在打补丁p3095277_9204_LINUX.zip时提示如下信息，同时oracle安装界面除英文可见外，其余字体显示为小方框，无法继续向下安装，请高手多多指点，盼此问题能得于解决，在此谢谢！

这是说一些字体找不到，正常。

多谢指点，现已安装完成（系统提示success），但觉得oracle环境变量
LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8好些，LC_ALL=C 会出现某些菜单原是中文
的变英文了。
现又与如下新问题：
在oracle用户下运行 dbca 出现以下提示：
" jre was not found in /home/oracle/product/9.2.0.4/JRE/../bin/i686/green_threads/jre "
但 /home/oracle/product/9.2.0.4/JRE/bin/i686/green_threads/jre 是存在的，开始估计是变量设置有问题，可找了能看的设置都没找到原因，有知道的请仔细点拨，谢谢！

经过今天早上的忘我查找，终于揪出了“罪魁祸首”，不敢独享，现提供出解决方法，望能对遇此类似问题的同行有所帮助。在此罗嗦几句，安装环境：RedHat Linux AS 3 update2 ，Oracle9.2.0.4，java1.4.2。在安装了linux系统（含开发），java，设置了oracle用户相关环境变量及系统内核参数，打了补丁p3006854_9204_LINUX.zip，正常安装完oracle数据库（software only，未创建应用数据库），对运行dbca后的如上提示的解决：
$ORACLE_HOME=/home/oracle/product/9.2.0.4
    修改$ORACLE_HOME/JRE/bin/jre文件，查找“/J_HOME”，修改“J_HOME=`dirname $PRG`/..” 为
“J_HOME=`dirname $PRG`”即可。

你自己使用JAVA1.4.2肯定是在自找麻烦啦.oracle9i自身已经是带了JRE的了.
