Backend Software Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop SonicWALL’s license management backend
• Write design and test documents

Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• BS or MS, in CS, EE or related field
• 2+ years of programming experience with Java, Knowledge of Java EE 5 needed, Java EE 6 better
• Knowledge of JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces or RichFaces, CDI are useful
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational modeling, MySQL preferred, any DB good
• Understanding of the programming paradigms (interpreted vs compiled, procedural vs OO, single vs multiple inheritance, multithreading)

The positions will be mainly responsible for testing UTM products and features, including test plan design, test cases design, test environment build, test execution, final test result analysis and evaluation
Requirements:
• Strong technical background of TCP/IP and Network Security related protocols such as IPSec, OSPF, RIP, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, WiFi.
• Experiences with networking device testing, such as switch, router and firewalls.
• Ability to perform various test activities ranging from functional, boundary, error, performance, capacity, stress and load testing
• Administrator level experiences on MS Windows, Linux or Mac operating system.
• Experienced in firmware or functional testing, of wired and wireless networks is a plus
• Experience with automation testing tools or automation test script design is a plus
• Fluent in English, both speak and write.

We are seeking senior people who have at least 3-5 years testing experience in the data communication field. You will participate in System QA team in shanghai involved in the IPV6 development and System Level Testing of SonicWALL GEN5 and GEN6 Firewall products.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background of TCP/IP and Network Security related protocols such as IPSec, IPV6, OSPF, VLAN, DHCP, SNMP, HTTP, WiFi
• Working experience in Windows and Linux environment including knowledge of shell commands are needed
• Master VMware ESX installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, familiar with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
