Senior Software Development Engineer—J2EE

Requirement
1.        At least 5 years working experience in software development
2.        Experience with the business requirements analysis is a definitive advantage.
3.        Experience with the RIA application development is the must.
4.        Skills and experience in J2EE and Web Development using JSP, Servlet, JavaScript and Other Open Source Framework (Struts, Hibernate, JSF...) are highly desired.
5.        Experience with the Commercial Application Server such as BEA Weblogic or IBM WebSphere is a must
6.        Strong OO designs skill and UML, design patterns is needed.
7.        Experience with Oracle database and DB2 is required.
8.        Experience with the software development project management is a plus
9.        Experience in the Banking IT solution is a plus
10.        Experience with the Unix/Linux platform is a plus
11.        Good English communication

Main responsibilities
1.        Development for the banking self-service operation management or transaction management platform.
2.        Maintenance the products developed for the self-service banking industry.
3.        Communicate with the German headquarter on the new platform development
4.        Communicate with the project team on the local user requirements analysis.
5.        Provide the technical support for the new product promotion in the ASP market
6.        Learn & familiar with business know-how and technical know-how on self-service banking industry.
7.        Study and research on the new technology in banking industry
8.        Acting as the technical leader in the project team to lead the team fulfilling the task on demand.
9.        Acting as the technical/domain consultant to provide the specific technical/ domain knowledge.




Senior Software Development Engineer (C++)
Main responsibilities
Working in the ATM self-service domain with a global development team, you will be handling terminal monitoring and file distribution solutions based on client-server architecture. You will also be responsible for writing technical documents regarding product requirements, installation manuals and end user operation manuals.

Requirements
•Bachelor of Science or above in Information Technology/Computing/Computer Science or equivalent degree
•Above 5 years working experience related to C++ programming
•Good English communication and writing
•Knowledge in VC++ is a must
•Deep understanding of C++ on server side development
•Substantial experience in multithreading and various thread models
•Strong hands on development with C++ as core programming skills, preferably on windows
•Experience in large and complex distributed systems
•Strong understanding of RDBMS with good experience writing complex SQL and stored procedures
•Strong understanding of messaging middleware concepts, usage and application
•Team player and able to train junior members in development
•Good communication to coordinate with different stakeholders
•Experience in ATM industry is a definitive advantage
