Sr. Engineer-QA(CTM Team)
Job Discription：
1. Test planning and test feasibility study, in parallel with the progress in product development plan and design stage
2. Test environment design and build up, based on the product goals in customer's requirement
3. Design product test strategy and methodology in performance, stress, volume and etc.
4. Automate the testing and improve the test efficiency
5. Test case design, execution, and bug submission, reporting, and issue follow-up for bug resolution
6. Design and analyze test quality with measurable metrics to ensure and improve the quality of the testprocess and deliverables
7. Provide product quality report, quality analysis for product release and further improvement plan
8. Deliver quality training and documentation for product supporting and sustaining


Requirement：
1.Bachelor  degree majored in Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering with a good academic performances (Master a plus)
2. 3+ years product test experience, including test excetution, system testing,  test case designing and test planning.
3. Familiar with testing automation and test effiency improvement.
4. Skilled with Linux platform administrators.
5. Familiar with Windows ActiveDirectory or LDAP protocal
6. Familiar with C/C++ language and OOD. Ability to use it to develop test utility tool
7. Familiar with Firewall, UTM, Switch and Router.
9. Familiar with VMWare software, include VMWare Workstation and ESXi/ESX server.
10. Capable in writing, reading email, tech document. Good spoken English to participate meetings is preferred.
11. Good communication skill. Be able to negotiate about product issue between different stakeholder.

Prefer：
1. Ability to provide reasonable testing effort estimation.
2. Familiar with python is a plus

L10N QA Engineer
Job Description
1. Be responsible for lead the testing or testing for localized version of internet security products (like Simplified Chinese version, German version, etc) to deliver quality software on time.
2. Work closely with stokehold teams (like development engineering team, region technical support team and localization vendor, etc) in understanding product features, getting regional requirements, and execution for result.
3. The tasks include designing test plans, test cases, project testing management and execution, preparing test report, leading and interacting with localization vendor (like prepare training material, deliver training, and answer testing queries, etc).
4. Follow and improve product localization testing workflow and process for efficiency by creative thinking.


Requirements:
1. Two or more years of testing or related experience. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related subject.
2. Strong interest in testing project planning and running. Knowledge of administering and trouble shooting computer systems and test networks.
3. Be excellent on planning, resource and priority management skills, to fulfill task on schedule and quality.
4. Good English written and verbal communication skills, as well as Chinese.
5. Good communication skill and logistic thinking
6. Self-motivation style.

Prefer:
1. Participated in some outsourcing projects before, have some testing vendor management skill.

1.      Handle cases from customers/channels/partners as well as act as escalation point to Trend L2 support engineers, deliver high quality support service to our customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively.
2.      Identify, investigate and troubleshooting the product/environmental problems, work closely with software development team and Service Engineering Group in resolving the problem; effectively interact with the engineering teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
3.      Participant in product Testing/Training/On-site Support.
4.      Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery.

Background Requirement:
1.      A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2.      Minimum One Years’ experience as a Technical Support, System Engineer/Tester in IT industry or relevant. .
3.      Support experienced is preferred

Technical Skills:
1.      Hands-on experience in complex client/server applications/environment, particular in any of the following applications:
·   MS Windows Series
·   Networking (LAN)
2.      Certification on either of the following is an advantage:
·   MCSE
·   CCNA
3.      Good sense of technical issue troubleshooting

4.Maintain and expand working knowledge of current Trend Micro products as well as their integration and methods of support delivery. Mentor and set-up skill set for juniors.

Background Requirement:
5.A Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
6.Minimum Three Years’ experience as a Network Administrator/Engineer, System Integrator/Tester or Technical Support in IT industry.

Technical Skills:
