Responsibilities
• Take an active role in testing an Antivirus Solution alongside an established team of SQA Analysts, SQA Engineers, and Developers on multiple platforms ( including Windows/Linux and even Android).
• Actively participate in the QA process through requirements/design analysis and the development of test strategies and test plans for internal and external products
• Develop and perform test cases - Testing will involve both white box and black box testing.
• Ability to concisely/accurately document issues and track research progress.
• Analyze and report test results and testing status from an overall product perspective.
• Organize and execute tasks and overall workload based on team goals and priorities.
• Further the automation of our testing infrastructure
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate knowledge, proficiency, and practical application of SQA concepts, methods, and tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic defects, networking, and operating system problems
• Solid Windows knowledge is a requirement
Python and/or shell scripting experience
• Knowledge on SQLLite related testing is a plus.
• Experience in VMWare ESX environment is a plus.
• Fluent in the English language

Responsibilities
• Work with little or no supervision in development of scalable system and stress test for SFHA product lines.
• Analyze the customer usage pattern and create comprehensive stack test to match the real customer environment.
• Analyze and triage customer issues in user commands as well Unix kernel module.
• Communicate with SAMG’s global cross-functional teams on APRIL process and progress.
• Is looked upon to architect a comprehensive autotest environment with VERITAS storage software and Application software such as Oracle, TIBCO and SAP
Qualifications
• 2-4 year's experience of storage h/w s/w configuration/installation on UNIX systems
• Solid skill of UNIX or UNIX-LIKE OS ( fundamentals understanding, hands-on experience and digested theories )
• Be familiar with one of scripting languages ( PERL/SHELL/PYTHON etc. )
• Understanding database fundamentals ( install/configuration/plan and deployment )
• Knowledge of high availability environment
• Enterprise software install/configure/deploy experience
• Positive attitude, good self-motivation
• Good read/write English skills, fluent oral English is definitely a huge plus
• Willing of communication with other team members
• Willing to learn and fast learning ability

• Be responsible for performing software integration test on Symantec (VERITAS) Server and Storage Management products/suites/solution for Unix platforms
• The position involves setting up systems installing complete solutions stacks, executing test, and debugging test cases to root cause at or below the product level, following up incidents, developing and automating test cases to cover new features and regression areas.
Qualifications
• Qualified candidate must have expertise in 3 of the following areas: configuring hardware (system and SAN), installing and configuring OSes and Symantec (VERITAS) software. executing software test, creating automation, review/contributing to test planning documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• B.S. or above in Computer Science
• Detailed understanding of Unix, SAN components, Cluster Server, File System, Volume Manager, etc. Experience with industry/commercial test applications a benefit .

-Author complete sections of functional spec/design under supervision or guidance of more senior development team members
-Design, develop and maintain high-quality code for simple to complex components of a product, focusing on implementation
-Collaborate with team members or other groups in writing functional, design, and interface specifications and prototypes
-Work closely with global team for success
-Some travel is required
Qualifications
-BS/BA degree in computer science or equivalent experience
-2-4 years software development experience
-Intermediate level Java or C++ Programming Experience (2+ years)
-1 year mobile device development experience on Android, iOS, or WinPhone 7
-Adapt well to changing priorities and tight deadlines
-Ability to speak Japanese or Korean a plus
